If I forgive them, aren't I actually condoning their behavior?
A. No, forgiveness isn’t about condoning their behavior or about reconciliation, necessarily. It is about releasing YOUR negative, toxic thoughts and setting yourself free from past people and events. It is about giving yourself a fresh start to a new future.

What is next after I purchase the Forgiveness Program?
After the purchase is complete through Paypal or your major credit or debit card, you will need to press the "Complete This Purchase" button on the payment page. You will then be taken to a download page where you will able to download the Forgiveness Program as one file.
What if I didn't press the "Complete This Purchase" button?
Don't worry, if you miss this step, you will be emailed a secure link where you can download the Forgiveness Program. There will be four files (3 audio mp3s and the Workbook PDF) which are "zipped" into one compressed file to reduce storage size and download time. You will need to unzip the download before you can access and use the files.
What if I didn't receive the Forgiveness Program secure download link email?
It is possible that the email went into your SPAM folder. It is always prudent to "Whitelist" the Forgiveness Program email on your mail program. If the email is NOT in your SPAM folder, please contact me through the "Contact" link at the bottom of this (and every) page.
How do I "unzip" the file?
Just about every computer has a built in application to "unzip" compressed files. Most likely you will simply have to "double-click" the Forgiveness Program file. If you are on a smart device, you might have to download an application to do this.
How will the payment charge show up on my credit or debit card?
Your card will be charged $47 and it will show up on your credit card statement as Paypal*Own Your Mission. Please remember this when you receive your card statement. "Own Your Mission" is my company name, you won't be billed under "The Forgiveness Program" name.
Is there a recommended sequence of participating in the Forgiveness Program?
My recommendation is that you read the first few pages of the Forgiveness Program Workbook to get an overview and then listen to the Forgiveness Program Part 1 mp3 audio, followed by Parts 2 and 3 as you progress. This suggested sequence is repeated in your "thank you" email as well as in the webpage with your secure download link, so you'll have a few reminders.
What about the Forgiveness Program Live Q & A Teleconference Call?
You will receive a separate email with the date/time and telephone call-in information for the Forgiveness Program Live Q & A Teleconference Call. In the event that you are not able to attend the call, you may email any specific questions you have about applying the Forgiveness Program in your life. I will answer as many as I can during the call in addition to the live questions asked. The call will be recorded and you will be given access to it.
